Meet Amanda

I am a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner (RTTP), Certified Master Hypnotist (MHt), Meditation Coach, and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200).  My background is in accounting and I am also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  I’ve always been on the path to discover a deeper meaning in life and to understand how we can create a life of freedom, joy and happiness.  Yoga has been part of this path for me. I have been practicing yoga since 2005 and I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012. Through yoga I learned to connect to my breath, calm my mind and be present in my life.  It has also helped me be in-tune with my body and what my body needs physically and nutritionally.  

 

Meditation is something I resisted and struggled with for many years.  Even though I was a yoga practitioner, I found it difficult to sit and focus my mind.  My analytical mind wanted to keep looping.  Finally something clicked for me and since then, I’ve been meditating every day.  My daily meditation practice has lead to a greater stillness of my mind and more calm and ease.

 

I’ve been on a journey which has led me all over the world.  I’ve gone to many yoga retreats, meditation retreats and studied with different teachers, masters and gurus.  The answers, peace and serenity are always within each and every one of us.  We are our own gurus. In my seeking to find deeper answers, peace and serenity for myself, I found hypnosis and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).  RTT is a very quick, effective and safe way to release old beliefs, thought patterns and habits holding a person back.  I’ve been able to let go of my own limiting beliefs and thought patterns that were still running my life in the background.

 

Meditation and my other practices have made a huge difference for me but RTT has allowed me to go beyond and find greater freedom by clearing the blocks that were holding me back in my life.

 

My Personal mission statement
I’ve spent a lot of time on the journey to create freedom in my life.  To me this freedom means liberation from past limiting beliefs and letting my reactionary emotions rule my life.  I’ve learned to let go of old beliefs that were holding me back in my life and to know I can create the life I want.  The subconscious mind is 90-95% of the mind.  It holds all the old programs and beliefs that run our lives unconsciously.  RTT is one of the best and fastest ways to release these limiting beliefs and habits and replace them with positive beliefs and habits to create a life of abundance and freedom.
