What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid technique combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnosis, NLP, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This unique method was developed and perfected by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer, psychologist and hypnotherapist.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) works at the subconscious level allowing you to access beliefs that were adopted in response to situations and events from the past. We are not born with negative beliefs and habits, we acquire them throughout our lives. These beliefs can cause struggle and pain and prevent you from moving forward. RTT works to release these beliefs permanently, which allows you to move forward, free of old thoughts and feelings that have held you back in life. RTT uses hypnosis to give us direct access to the subconscious and allows us to effectively, swiftly and permanently create the change you seek. Your mind holds the information you need to understand the cause of what is holding you back and this method ensures you find it quickly and easily.
After we have released old thought patterns and limiting beliefs, we will complete the transformation by instilling new thought patterns which are based on what you want in your life. You will receive a customized recording after the session that you will listen to for at least 21-days. The mind learns by repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day you are creating new habits of thought which will lead to the life you want to live.
Each RTT session is 90 minutes and the sessions are booked in 2 hour increments so we won’t be rushed. Most issues are completely transformed in one RTT session; however, for more deeply rooted issues, up to three sessions may be needed.
